Back/Neck Pain Relief Tip #1

A lumbar pillow can quickly and inexpensively help programmers, traders, bankers, call center personnel cope with long hours of sitting. And, businesses that offer the same can reduce pain and structural back/neck changes from unmitigated poor posture in their employees' long hours of work, thus, reducing pain, lost income and productivity.


Place the lumbar pillow slightly above the lower back to create support that forces the chest to open and causes you to lean into the support.


What is little understood is that leaning forward, tightens the chest and rounds the shoulders, overstretching to contraction (pain) the upper back, shoulders and neck.


Leaning into a back support better aligns your posture, reducing imbalanced muscles.
